SLU Re-evaluation
#1
Hey Guys...

I have a question about the re-evaluation of an SLU. Now in 2009, on a wrist injury
I received a 19% SLU. I am now ready to start OT rehab on an injury believed to
have stemmed from the 2009 injury. In order to get an SLU increase, will I have to
have another surgery/waiting period, or will it just require the OT and a new
rating? Thanks, Carl

i'm not sure if "stemmed" meets your state's definition of a comp covered condition.
...............and most states have time limits.
i'm guessing 7 years might be too late but only you know which state laws apply.
Reminder :
........Each state has their own comp system; POST YOUR STATE to get accurate information. Use the search feature to find information from similar questions.
THANKS FOR POSTING.
