I have been on l&I in wa state since Oct 10 2014 due to a ankle injury that required surgery. Iam in the VOC retraining phase now and there wanting to close my claim . my question is this when I got my ime rating the dr gave me a 12% disability but then my employers rep challenged that and it went to the lni drs board they said that there own Dr should have had weight bearing x-rays done in order to get the correct rating.can I get my own Dr to look at my new weight bearing films and give me a rating . because now iam waiting to hear from the lni review board on what my correct rating is since I had weight bearing films done but iam sure there going to give me less then 12% should I be looking in to a lawery everything has been smooth to this point I don't want to screw my self

every state has different comp rules; there is not one set for every claim in the country.
