Reinjured pend hearing Oregon

Doc does not me to settle. Attorney thinks we will win in court medically but not legally. OhP is my backup if I loose. Want the care and ongoing treatment.
Advice? This is a repost per rec from senior member. Thx

If OhP will treat you and you are ok with it then you really don't have any downside to having a hearing.
I suspect that if you hold firm on going to court the settlement offer will climb.
