Can you recieve a ppd rating for spinal and lumbar stenosis in the state of georgia. The broken bones seemed to have healed fine but im left with stenosis in the neck and back'i know stenosis wont go away and will only get worse in the future.Im 42 and suffered a vehicle accident on the job breaking my c6 spine and sternum and now stenosis has set in??

PPD is not based on diagnosis or treatment but on your physical limitations.
some have stenosis and few if any limitations and would not be entitled to PPD; others could be severly limited in what they could do and receive PPD for many many weeks.
once you have reached maximum medical improvement you need a physician to issue an impairment rating.
