I was injured in February of last year, finally going for surgery next month. Ive been back at work for about 6 months with a different job. Will my comp payout be the same a week as it was when I first started receiving the payments or do they base it off your new income?

usually they pay 2\3 difference so hypothetically you made 1000 per week now you make 600 a wk then they would owe you 2\3 of 400. that is if you are deemed partially disabled etc.. and there are usually time limits like 300 or 400 weeks total

your wages for disability are established at the time of injury for the employer with whom you were injured. it doesn't change every time your wages or employment changes.
