Part of my pinky finger was amputated at work... The Surgeon put back on what was possible....i know it was reported to osha as an amputation...my question is will workers comp pay for losing part of my finger even tho it was reattached TIA

if there was some finger shortening and or functional loss i.e. grip strength, there would be some disability payments.
a more interesting question is would they determine the amount/length of loss at the time of the injury or after the reattachment?
I'm not even sure there would be caselaw on the issue but it depends on your state's comp rules.
each state has it's own rating and benefit laws. the difference would probably only be a few hundred dollars.
