PTO and Disability Payments NY
#1
Was wondering... I've been on Comp since last August and don't even know when I'll be able to go back to work. I still have PTO at work and don't want to loose it. Can I get my PTO check without it messing with my biweekly Comp checks?

yes. leave payments, deferred comp, and other benefit packages are not considered wages/earnings that would interfere with temporary disability payments.
Reminder :
........Each state has their own comp system; POST YOUR STATE to get accurate information. Use the search feature to find information from similar questions.
THANKS FOR POSTING.

Thanks 1171... guess I can either ask my lawyer to help or see if my "boss" will be nice enough to put it through...
