Timely PD Payments
#1
More questions....

My PTP declared me P&S/MMI. My IC stated that that wasn't enough to determine if I was P&S and sent me to a QME. I stopped getting TD in 60 days ago and wont get any PD until the QME is done, despite my PTP stating I was P&S/MMI. Is this right ? or will they be subject to a late penalty for not starting PD after my PTP declared me P&S?

Second question: Date of injury was prior to 1/1/13, the QME only used the medical reports to evaluate me. No issues of pain or ROM or strength-loss, is this right?

they will only be hit with a late penalty if you pursue it with the comp court or file a complaint with the audit unit.
medical evaluations can be as simple or as complex as needed; it depends on what is at issue.
