In Ohio, injured 2 weeks ago but didn't see doctor. Can I still be drug tested?
#1
I hit my head on concrete two weeks ago and I'm sure I gave myself a concussion. I did not seek medical attention, instead I took normal painkillers and filled out an incident report just in case. Two weeks later, I feel 100% again.
However, last week (one week after incident) my friend gave me a portion of a THC gummy without my knowledge. I have never come in contact with it previously
My manager is sending Workers Comp video footage of the incident despite my not wanting to file a claim. Can I still be drug tested, if I am not filing or wanting to seek medical attention?

workers comp does not require it.
whether your employment contract does is unknown.
contact your union or your local labor commissioner for the labor laws in your area.
Reminder :
........Each state has their own comp system; POST YOUR STATE to get accurate information. Use the search feature to find information from similar questions.
