depends.
if you are referring to a C&R of all benefits and the medical reports indicate a serious injury that likely has PD then probably not.
if you were only settling some issues and leaving others open then there would have to be enough evidence available to the judge to determine if the amount was adequate.
that's the reason they have the judges approve settlements; no backdoor/under- the- table deals where no one can tell if it's fair or a swindle.
