ten percent Whole body impairment

In Ohio I have a ten percent whole body impaitment what does this translate into for a settlement. How do they get the weeks that they come up with.

In Ohio that is equal to two weeks for each percentage. 10 times 2 is equal to 20 weeks. That is paid at a lower rate than your temporary total amount. I will guess and only a guess that is about 260.00 for each week. I am basing number of the last payment I received.
The actual number they use is from a chart they use and depending on the year of accident will determine the actual dollar amount. You are looking at roughly at 5200.00. That is for a permanent partial total. I hope this helps you.
