Please advise
#1
I am soon to become mmi from a lower back injury. Today, I had my annual review at work and did not get a raise. I have had 3 previous reviews and received at least a 50-75 cents per hour increase. My supervisor said that it was because I was on light duty all year. I believe I was the only one in my dept. that did not receive a raise. I work in shipping and was told I have an over 99% accuracy rating,so I can't see why I was not given a raise. Does something not seem right here?
Thanks

it could be disability discrimination or even retaliation for filing a comp claim.
you can check with ADA
http://www.ada.gov/ada_intro.htm
or
http://www.eeoc.gov/

Thank you so much 1171, earlier today I ran it by my wc attorney and he referred me to an employment attorney because he thought it might be discrimination also, so I thought I would get another opinion here on the forums. What a nightmare

of course the problem will be in getting the evidence.

does it mention your light work as the reason?

Yes, basically says light duty has caused my performance to decrease and I have recovered and have picked up production again, met most goals, over 99% accuracy with minor mistakes here and there. I will attempt to pm you the comments
