possible award
Hello, i'm in need of some assistance. I have had an open case through my employer since 2007. I have had 4 surgeries bilateral carpel tunnel & bilateral cubital tunnel. My Dr. recently sent the board my SLU which he stated as follows.
22.5% permanent Schedule loss of use in right elbow
20% in left elbow
15% on Right wrist
15% on left wrist
My State is NY and as a result of all four surgeries I missed a total of 1yr work.
My weekly Gross salary was 744.00

Just wondering if I can realistically expect some type of award
yes. you can.
see page 43 of the impairment guide for the table of weeks for loss of use award.

non scheduled impairment is paid according a scale of your loss of wage earning capacity
