if there is a policy record on file covering the date input, it should list the Employer name as well as the city and state after you click the submit button.
you want coverage for the date of your injury.
their name maybe in the database but the coverage period does not coincide with your injury date.
there are few absolutes in this world but you should assume if the search returns no listing there is no coverage for your claim and it'll be up to them to prove otherwise
