He gave me a 20% whole person permanent imparement for the low back and a 2% whole person permanent imparement for my leg. He also noted ill never be able to go back to my job and will need lifelong treatment (mostly epidural injections) and surgery will never be a factor (which I agree with). With that said, I'm still waiting to hear back from my attorney, but I'm trying to get an idea of an approx. settlement amount and how long it can take to settle. Any help/guidence to get an idea of amount and length of time would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
What was the end result, my situation is similar, please help??

Good evening Folks, I am from Ca. and have been dealing with workmen's comp since 2006, I have 6 cases open with the police department I used to work for, the injuries are as follows:
right shoulder and bicep 2006 cervical spine from a motorcycle crash while on duty 2014
left knee 2010 heart attack 2015
right shoulder 2013
There is a 6th which the doctors are trying to find out which is a cousin to ALS, but the heart attack happened 8 months after I was medically retired but in my line of work if you have a heart attack before 5 years of retirement it is considered workmen's comp. they are getting ready to close my cases in a few months I just wanted to get an idea of what to expect not counting the 6th injury. I am new to this site just looking for some assistance here
I want to thank you for your assistance a head of time...
Robert
