Just had hearing 2 weeks ago, Not sure what the commisisoner meant.
She said "if your treatment didn't work you should be ending this case because you are evidently not going to get better and have been in the system for 5 years now"
I was there asking for TTD which stopped last year after I was told by work hardening that it wasn't helping me and there was nothing more they could do for me.
The insurance company attorney said they shouldnt have to pay because I quit the program.
So still havent been for a IME so i guess I am not at MMI. But after the commissioner said this would this mean that I am entitled to TTD this entire time because I cannot work. I have 2 doctors that have said I will never be able to work again.
Does anyone know what my outcome might be or what I should be asking for? I hate this system. Thank you!
