you'll need a doctor's opinion to support that the nurses actions have harmed you or your claim. can you get that?

Yes I can provide that information but my lawyer keep saying if we get rid of her my case will take longer and it's going cause problems blah blah blah

So here's a new twist after I begged my lawyer to get rid of nurses yet they assigned me a new nurse!!! After reading the Illinois law I don't have to have a nurse and I certainly don't need one to stress me out more why did they assign a new one when I clearly said I don't want any period?! Is my lawyer not doing what I'm telling him to do or Zurich really are much of aholes?

You don't get to choose the carrier, the adjuster, their atty, or their nurse.
This is the carriers claim; not yours.
When they pay the bills they have more to say about what happens then you do.

You must be confusing workers comp with Heath insurance that you pay for.
They are very different.

As I posted earlier take your evidence of how you were harmed to the comp court.
