Hello everyone it,s been awhile since I last posted on the site. I have a question. My lawyer did a deposition on my PQME doc after he put me at MMI. The supplemental report has come in and in the report he states. Since several conditions that are still problematic, including the cervical spine and possible carpal tunnel surgeries, now considered in due to cumulative trauma. The patient would not yet be permanent and stationary. My question is will my TTD start back up. And if so about how long does it take for the checks to start again and do they back pay the Benefit. It,s been five mouths since the last check. I,m in Calif. Thanks

unknown.
the deposition is just one piece of evidence. without knowing why the TTD was stopped and what other evidence the court will have, predicting resumption of benefits is problematic.

there is no time limit.
if there is an unreasonable delay you can file for a penalty.
