i am losing my will power to keep up the good fight.
its pretty sad when a judge wont enforce her own rulings,she states she dose not want to make people mad, so whats the point of having a judge

Dont give up, that will only give the ins company what they want.. What does your attorney say....? My attorney would be by passing this judge, by getting a new judge assigned, or go to the court administration.......Like 1171 suggested...
And like you said, what since is there for a judge to make a ruling and not up hold it.... It would be in my eyes this judge is involved with the ins company...... I would ask for a new judge...

The system wants you to give up and just go away and that is why we have to fight. It does suck but this forum can help. Don't let them win
