Often the employer will be informed of the situation and may exert some pressure to repay.

I am in Indiana, I have notified my adjuster and overseeing nurse in my case that I have went back to work with restrictions. Since then I have continued to receive payment. I have not been fully released from my Doctor is that why I'm still receiving payments from them? I received returned confirmed emails from both in regards to me giving my start date back.

No, you don’t get Disability payments for seeing the doctor. Sounds like A breakdown in the auto pay system. Are you getting reduced wages? Did the Doctor find permanent impairment?
