Thanks again for your reply.
The insurer's name starts with "L", and the second word in the name starts with "M".
Perhaps you can shed some light on the process to file for a scar award.

I had the ACDF surgery late last year. I imagine their medical exposure depends on past success rates etc...?

Work is going okay so far. I hope it continues to be. Nothing would be better than to be completely fused and healed so i can move on.

You can just negotiate with the adjustor or you have to file a claim petition to get in front of a WCJ.
