My attorney called me up on last Thursday and said ins company wants to neg, I need a future surgery for a neck infusion the neck surgeon gave me a rating and back to work light duty with restrictions 75 percent was my rate insurance company said there reviewing my file can any one tell me how long would it take for them to get back to my atty and what might be the money figures here. if you had a fusion on your neck the likely hood of needing another surgery is quite good withing a year or two however most insurance companies wont admint it and try to get you settled before you need it.I had a 2 leval fusion and needed a 4 leval within a year many on here will tell you the same.
