Sad Dang!; I have never seen a list of injuries like this; Did you fall from a 100 foot tall Tank to have such injuries?

I worked at Chemical Plants and Refineries as a EE all my life and I have never seen a list this extensive.

What happened?

You are for sure in rough shape..... I am courious to know what kind of construction work you did..I'm guessing maybe a lot of concrete work.. A lot of those injuries can come from hard labor and continious wear and tear.. But never mind the past , what the heck happened...

1171, I think your right, even my chiropractor made up a big list and if he had his way I would still be going in for adjustments.....

We all sit here in amazement at this list. I would say a lot of the words used here are from MRI reports.
I believe we would all be suprised of how long our own list would be if we took all the MRI's and EMG. and all those test we have had done, and went through them and listed the different words that the different people used who read them. Looking at this list I can see a lot of words that have been used in my plenty of reports over the past years. Take your reports and a make a list and u will be suprised at how many you have.
Cervical Fusion 2003, c5-c6. Herniated and damaged Disc L1- L4-L5 S1. Lumbar Spinal Cord stimulator implant 09-2008. Cervical ACDF revision with hardware c4-c5-c6-c7 Sept 2009.
SSDI approved 3-2010. NOW OFFICIALY RETIRED

My work consisted of everything to do with residential houses, from the ground up. But I just got back from seeing my neurosurgeon and he previously told me that I needed to have surgery in my neck and lower back and today I got the exact name of the two procedures.

1) Cervical 3-5 anterior cervical decompression and fusion.
2) L5-S1 posterior spinal fusion and decompression.

I hope I might receive a little insight regarding these procedures and I appreciate that all the replies so far. I plan on posting further details as I get them. Ohh Yah.... I feel like I fell off a 100ft tank for sure. And Cervical_Fusion, you are right about the list coming from an M.R.I. report but I actually posted about 3/4 of the report. If I posted it all I was afraid I would be mocked for making it all up but it's true and pretty bad.
