No worries, I appreciate the input. I got mixed up earlier, what I meant by "lump sum" is that since I've been fired, if (BIG "IF") I'm paid back the money I've paid out of pocket to the doctors, do they pay a little here & there, or just cut a check? I know there are alot of people out there who are really incapacitated & can't ever work again, so it could be worse. I'll eventually heal & find another job, but the medical, combined with the lack of a paycheck is what worries me. This is certainly a very complicated process.
