Hello, new here. Been off and on comp for same back injury since 2010. Last year (2011) re-injure again. My company changed comp insurance for the 2011-2012 years. With new comp, this is when it all went to hell. Been fought every step of the way by comp till this year was finally disputed. Work has been behind me the whole time! Have a lawyer, suit is being filed soon. Before my BCN ended from work due to comp dispute (cutt-off) Doc got me in for surgery! Been recovering for 5 weeks now, doc required no activity for 10-12 weeks for recovery, up to a year for complete healing! On long term disability insurance now that my work offers (thank god I checked that box every year!) Now for my question!
Now my work tells me they have to start the "Seperation Process / Company policy" (Fired) due to the personal leave of absense has gone beyond the alotted time, unless I am cleared for work (like soon!!!!). Cleared for work right now (not sure even when) just is not going to happen. Now I am greatfull they extended my time and health care after the dispute. But now what? Any advice?
