I was just approved for work hardening. However, have still been without TTD payments for the past year. I have been jumping through hoops going to at least 26 dr appt within the last 6 months for the adjuster, none having to do with my treatment. I have not been paid for any travel expenses for the past 3 years. Now because the FCE says I am unable to perform any job at all, they are requesting WORK HARDENING. Why now? Is it because the FCE was in my favor? Should I still be entitled to TTD and reimbursement. Thank you

I can not answer the question in reference to TTD.
I can tell you that work hardening is to get you back in shape to go to work. I started out doing 2 hours a day and then went to 4. It was a constant repetition of working out various muscles. Mine lasted for four weeks. It is also time for someone to evaluate your capabilities. Similure to the fce.
8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. After going back to school, I received my degree as a mechanical engineer. What can I say, it was the only way I had to beat the system.

since you are not ready to work yet they want work hardening to get you fit to return to work.
you can appeal any denial of benefits to the comp board.

until they are challenged that situation will remain unchanged.
unless one has access to court data that information would not be known and would likely be different depending on the issues and state as each state has different rules.
