Self Insured Employer Confusion... please help.
#11
OK.. I just received paperwork from my doc and As of Friday, My Doctor said I have reached max medical improvement and said he would be issue me an Impairment rating. I called today and was told my Impairment rating was 15% full body permanent. Is this considered a good rating to get a fair and decent settlement from my employer?

Can anyone give me the formula they use based on my impairment rating?

the maximum weekly rate for permanent partial disability is a bit lower then that for TTD.
