I was reading some of my paperwork from my employer and I noticed that they determined that I am on a leave of absence. I have been on light duty and 207C since I was hurt over a year and a half ago. I have not been back to work full duty since I was hurt. I was just wondering what they consider a leave of absence here in New York.

state labor commission is probably best source for employment rules and definitions.
