you need a bit more information before deciding.
I'm not sure which comp rules your case might be covered by- Jones Act, US L&H, or ?
but it's likely there may not be many lawyers with expertise in that specific system available in your area.
I would talk to a few other lawyers first.
get as much information as possible about their experience with your comp system and then decide to stay or switch.
are you in a union?
if so, they may have a firm with an expert and a good track record.
