Ok I'm finally going to trial in California,
What to expect at a trial,,,
What happened,,,is there a jury,,
Who else will be in the room with us,,,,
Is it typical for the insurance co. Make an offer before trial....

Has that happened to you

comp is administrative law; no jury.
evidence and arguments submitted & testimony if needed. wait for written decision from judge.
court reporter, attys, witnesses, you, judge.
not really, MSC is for settlement.
