What role/responsibilities does an attorney have (if any) once doctor completes PS report?
If claim is already accepted, but not at level of IMR/AME/, does one really need an attorney?

probably to make sure no new disputes occur and if they do to handle them.
generally to steer the claim thru the finalization process.
the claim isn't over until the court makes it's award.
