Adjuster claims to NOT KNOW I have an Attorney.
#1
Adjucation of Claim(s) were filed several months ago by Atty.

As I am having challenges with current doctors, I decided to change MPN PCPs for several reasons. Most important are:

1. Repeated Documentation of exams by doctors not done.
2. Refusal to refer me to specialist(Ortho/Neuro)
3. Concerned that therapies may be worsening a misdiagnosis.
4. Conflict of Interest as the PCPs also work for employer and I question their ability to be impartial.

My adjuster has been very willing to speak with me. I was under the impression they could or would not ever discuss any.issue with a represened applicant.

When I recently spoke to my adjustor re: changing my PCP and the reasons why, she suggested a QME and that she would contact the drs boss regarding my complaints

Again, adjuster says this is not a litigated case, I have NO atty and a QME is available.

I'm SMH.... How can it be that my adjustor does not know I am represented?

My attys office says sometimes it takes a while for employers to realize this.

Any insight?

tell the adjuster your attys name and number and/or send them a copy of your representation letter.
some states have online litigation information. have your adjuster look it up.
