In CT, the 36 form is a "Notification of Intention to Reduce or Discontinue Benefits".
This is filed with the CT Workers Compensation Commission when the ER/IC (Employer/Insurance Company) intends to reduce your weekly benefits or stop them all together.
You have 15 days from the receipt of that form to appeal and ask for a hearing.

None of us can guess at this, as we don't know what boxes are checked on the form 36, and we don't know the circumstances of your particular case.

if you appeal you'll be able to hear their evidence at the hearing and you can present yours.
Reminder :
........Each state has their own comp system; POST YOUR STATE to get accurate information. Use the search feature to find information from similar questions.
THANKS FOR POSTING.

Remember, though, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of the Form 36 to file an appeal. You can call one of the numbers on the bottom of the form to arrange an appeal hearing - DON'T WAIT.
