Is the CA required by law to send the iw at any time? I am wondering as we have been on this journey for 17 months, benefits started, no explanations, benefits changed - no explanations.. . benefits stopped . . you guessed it, no explanations. We have an attorney, he's not received anything from WC CA either. We did get SS Adm to fax him verification of benefits termination today. opinions, advice welcome

yes there are required benefit notifications when starting, stopping, changing, etc.
file an audit complaint:
