CA.
I received an email stating that my atty. wants a Status Conference.
Well I thought my atty. wanted to depo the (AME) and thought that would come first.
First I heard of the Status Conference.
I'm sure there is a good reason for this but, since it was the nicest email I have gotten in 7 months I didn't reply back and risk making someone mad at me.
I don't know if it really matters what comes first.
The email also stated that I may start getting the test and treatment that is much needed that it will be hard to keep up with the appointments.
I don't know what has changed but, I hope it goes that way. An not blowing smoke.
I did look up Status Conference but, didn't understand how it would help if the (AME) didn't change his opinion. My Oncologist told me last week he was going to write a letter to the Claim Adjuster over no underlying blood clotting disease. I don't know if that happen yet. I didn't want to call Doctor's office and be pushy. My Oncologist is from a different State and I use private insurance for that. I was hoping he would send a copy of letter to treating Doctor. He has in the past.
