what can a attorney recieve from your backpay?
Each state has their own laws and rules regarding attorney's fees. Some states have board certification and other's do not. There is certainly no harm in calling a few law firms and finding out if your lawyer's fee agreement is significantly different, but odds are that the fee agreements will be pretty much the same state wide.
