i am in ny, after trying to get further medical for an accident i had last year, the ic dr called my doc didnt even talk to him then denied medical, then i got notice for an ime, saw doctor, he didnt even know it was work related gave me cusery exam, and said i was at mmi, or better, where do i go from here , can i refute this, can i appeal for another ime, also dug up info on doc, shady past i have been back on the job since 11/09

yes you can get additional medical evidence and ask the court for a determination between the conflicting opinions.

thank u 1171, this whole situation about ime is sickning, it seemed like they sent me to the ringer for turn downs,very un proffessional rude, he got pissed off that i had somoene in the room with me, my problem is lower back, hes asking questions like any cancer in family, checking my stomach etc, i wore a tens machine to the examination/he put in the report my cranial nerves are intact what the he$$ is that, he has xray eyes. i am retaining an attorney to carry the torch

Matrix, do you have an Attorney? if so, I am very sure they will go over what your treating doctor has for a treatment plan, and combat the issue at hand for you.
