Maybe my math is off, but I counted two actual responses one indicating in writing the other indicating verbal. If you want hard copies, ask your lawyer for a hard copy, but frankly I often receive verbal offers from other lawyers, and there is no hard copy to send.

Why would an attorney not provide important paper work to their clients when it involves settlement offers, how do I know that I am being told is the truth. I am concerned about what to do, other then to ask my attorney to provide all settlement documentation for my records.
