In Ca. I have CRPS from a fracture to great right toe on 3-25-09,
I have been denied medical treatment, misrepresented by attrny's, QME stated I am basically lying, after QME report came out went to new Dr. the PMD states I have CRPS, then PMD noticed my last PMD withheld an x-ray report that states I have Sever bone decay & demineralisation in right foot.
What is going to happen now?
Oh ya I almost forgot to tell you they never sent me a check for going to the QME appointment as it stated in my employers attrny's letter they sent me prior to the QME visit, for millage.

If you have additional medical evidence, your attorney can send it to the QME and ask for a supplemental report.

I know the rules in California state a mileage check will be sent to you prior to the QME/AME, but this has never happened in my case. I've always had to submit a mileage reimbursement in order to be paid.

Hope you are doing ok.

the only one with authority to decide which medical opinion is correct is the judge.

I am wondering if there was any type of surgery for this injury?

a good medical website like merck or web MD can provide information on treatment options.

I do not see new PMD until the 19th of this month. the new results was what my last PMD was withholding, also my attrny said my CRPS shows in those results my CRPS is spreading faster than usural, I told the foot specialist I seen 5 days after my right great toe was fractured, it was worse than giving birth natural, I then read yesturday on a site about RSD/CRPS, that most patients "women" refer to worse than giving birth" when they have signs of CRPS. Within the last month I have been denied medical treatment, found out a report was withheld that was critical to my case, no I'm not doing alright thanks for asking! I don't mean to sound pissy to ya I'm just tired of there lies!
I will not give up, I am a strong women, and I am writing and calling every agency to look into this, also filling complaints on agencies and doctors I figure maybe this will open eyes for people that think it's alright to do this to someone because it's not!
I say it's time to open a can of woop @@@!
And I will bug them until they look into my case to see what really is going on, and the TRUTH COMES OUT!

Get back to work ASAP. Then an IW is in a better position to fight the claim.

Since you NOTED demineralization in right foot, it can very equal the signs of RSD/CRPS;

Demineralization was noted on radiographs and diffuse hyperactivity on bone scans starting at the early vascular phase. These findings suggestive of RSDS led to treatment with calcitonin, griseofulvin, and pamidronate, all of which were ineffective. Then afterwards Laboratory tests showed severe inflammation, promoting investigations for other conditions.

As in the medical reports, this is why one medical doctor may say one thing, such as RSD, yet it may not really be RSD. This is why proper testing and Laboratory testing needs to take place.

I so agree with you, that is all I ask for, I have not received my check for w/c for the last 2 weeks yet and I received a Trial date for 8-4-10, what happens now? what do I need to do to fight back?
I sent complaint form to Senator Dianne Feinstein and attached sheets to back it up, I hope they jump in fast and find out the truth of what is going on. And yes it also states calcitonin, I wasn't sure how to read it on the report thanks, gosh I pray that someone does something fast before they say I am going to loose my right leg, I am so scared right now, I'm on 300mg gabapinton and it does not seem to work, I feel every pain pill I have been prescribed does not seem to help with the constant pain, I am not a # I am a HUMAN BEING!
GOD BLESS EVERYONE AND I WISH U ALL THE BEST!
