State-OK Wage Compensation when disabled
Can a company reduce and employee's accrued sick or PTO time to pay the employee for time taken (to visit the doctor or therapy) for a work related injury?

I saw in the code that employer has to reimburse the employee (within guidelines) for expenses and lodging if the employee needs to travel outside of their area of residence.
wages/leave are not considered expenses. they are not required to pay you for work not performed.
I think you should have a choice of whether to be docked or not.
If they are refusing to dock your pay you can file a complaint with the labor commissioner.
Reminder :
........Each state has their own comp system; POST YOUR STATE to get accurate information. Use the search feature to find information from similar questions.
Company Policy, read your handbook or ask for the company policy.

If employer is using FMLA they may have a policy to use you sick days and such to pay for your time to visit doctor or what ever. Company does not pay for you to go see the doctor, even if injured at work. You get paid to see a doctor, only when the Employer or Insurance sends to to a doctor.
