H.R. 6714 was introduced on July 31, 2008 by Rep. Baca (D-CA) and referred to the House Committee on Education and Labor.
This bill would study and investigate state work comp systems and make recommendations for improvement.
very similar to Senator Jacob Javits commission set up in the early 70's.
