I have been jumping through hoops going to at least 26 dr appt within the last 6 months for the adjuster, none having to do with my treatment. I have not been paid for any travel expenses for the past 3 years. Now because the FCE says I am unable to perform any job at all, they are requesting WORK HARDENING. Why now? Is it because the FCE was in my favor? Should I still be entitled to TTD and reimbursement. Thank you
since you are not ready to work yet they want work hardening to get you fit to return to work.
you can appeal any denial of benefits to the comp board.
