Are adjuster required to explain how medical mileage works or does the IW have to figure it out by themselves?
I did speak to attorney and he’s reviewing my case. In the meantime, I have so many questions.
Thanks

Once you are represented the adjuster and you should not communicate directly.
Unfortunately most attys do not have time to train or explain the details of how the process works.

Thanks, he’s interested but he was avoiding my question regarding ttd. I’m not sure if he didn’t hear me or if he was too busy. I’ll ask again when I go sign the paper work

If you are from California there is a link about mileage with forms. This link contains a search feature that may help answer some of your questions.

I am not an attorney.Anything I write should not be considered legal advice.I am writing from my own personal experiences, which is not from any sort of legal background. You should consult with an attorney over legal issues. In California, if you cannot get an attorney you can consult with an I&A officer.
