I have met MMI and have been released to return to work with sedentary restrictions. My employer is willing to create a position for me and I am curious how this will affect my case/settlement. I really have no desire to return there, especially since I can no longer do my pre injury job and the pay will be a pittance. Any help here?

I believe your post MMI work status has no effect on your permanent disabilities benefits.
