Hi everyone!
I have a question for whoever is able to give me the answer. I have been trying unsuccessfully to obtain a copy after my employer's workers' compensation policy - who is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. I am currently out of the state and I was wondering if there is a certain site where I can find it posted?
Thanks in advance

My employer's work comp policy is listed in the employee's handbook and is available online.
Does your employer have a web site?

No, it actually doesn't. Maybe because it's a small company - around 50 employees. But thank you anyways. I'll try to see if I can find anything though.

it may depend on the status of your employer; there are different rules for public and private employers.
Generally an employer is not required to post his work comp insurance policy documents on a web site.
If your employer is a private company and won't provide them voluntarily, then you are not otherwise entitled to them; they are not public records.
Reminder :
........Each state has their own comp system; POST YOUR STATE to get accurate information. Use the search feature to find information from similar questions.
THANKS FOR POSTING.

I worked for a community college.
THe college web page has a section for employees withe the use of ID & password.
The HR section of the employee's web page list work comp information.

I think your speaking about information leading to the work comp Insurance Policy, such as Insurance Policy Number or Account Number, Person to Contact, and then the Address. If that is correct it is posted on the Poster the employer should have in an area for easy viewing. I don't see how you can obtain a view of their Poster over the Internet.
