how to find - rick1954 - 10-14-2008

how do i find an old comp claim of mine?
I ruptured discs in back in 1988. presently having trouble again from the same area. I think workers comp is still responsible for my back and can't find my agreement. I took a settlement with the exception that the company would be responsible for my injury for life.
This happened in Ky.
Thanks

Rick- if you don't have a copy of the paper work. Try calling the lawyer you had. Most likely it will be a new claim, But I am not sure, someone will be along soon that can give you more information.

You can try the work comp agency
http://www.labor.ky.gov/workersclaims/

P.S. most likely they are not going to provide benefits if there has been a new injury or other aggravating conditions since then.
