Watch Out For Your Disability Rating - tjcarson2020 - 01-21-2020

On June 18, 2018 I was injured at Metalsa Structural Products when a over 700 pound frame. My finger was lacerated from end to end, bone and nerve.
It was broken in 2 spots. I was treated at Klutz and Klinert. Once released, I found that although I have permanent nerve damage and lack of mobility, I received a 0% disability rating and Travelers Insurance Company refuses to discuss further. Protect your rights and watch doctor's reports.

All injured workers have the right to appeal a carrier/employers determination. You can present your evidence to a judge.
