Tie breaker doctor/ exam what is it? Judge ordered both sides see agreed - Feelbad - 06-26-2019

Is the tie breaker doctor a IME or MMI? I had already got a 2nd opinion from wc doctor who claim nothing is wrong with me, but what the hell is a tie breaker doctor exam

each state has it's own comp rules.
MMI = Maximum Medical Improvement and is not a type of doctor

So what is a tie breaker doctor for is that to get a mmi? Louisiana

A tie breaker opinion can be used any time there is a difference of opinin between 2 doctors.
The issue could be whether the injury is from work, or over treatment, or the ppd rating. It is considered an Independent Medical Examination. See question #2:
