Lifetime medical payout - Jerry_Rivera - 03-12-2019

A company lawyer call from a business I used to work for and also was injured there.
The lawyer said the company is wanting to close my lifetime medical coverage and I ask what they were offering to close the coverage and after many back and forth calls the offer was $40,000.00 . My question would be is this a fair , low , average or high offer to close my lifetime medical coverage?

The amount of medical depends on how much you need.

You should not be dealing with a comp lawyer; that’s an unequal negotiation.
Contact your lawyer to handle it.
