CALIFORNIA- 1CM HNP, L4,L5,S1, OUT 10 MONTHS- HOW MUCH LONGER - hardwey - 02-22-2017

CALIFORNIA- injured 4-2016, disectomy, laminotomy, l4, l5, s1, 1cm. herniation with downward migration affecting right and left leg sciatica nerve root.  Surgery in Jan- 17, 
 After 10 months of insomnia etc.
 I have my evaluation appointment 0n 3-10-17,  any idea how long this will drag out.  
Surgery was a success, still have some issues sleeping on left side

The apt shouldn't, take more then 30 pr 40 minutes if the doctor has all the records and tests.
As far as the claim itself : in california serious Injuries are awarded lifetime medical care.
If you mean something else , please explain.

7 weeks after spinal surgery sounds early for a QME/AME exam to me. Is that what you are having a QME or AME exam? Have you even had physical therapy post op? Do you have an attorney and who is requesting you have this exam?

Be careful during your exam and do not cause you to become reinjured if the doctor asks you to bend twist etc.
